Only nine homes remain at Crest Nicholson’s flagship Milton Keynes development Oakgrove Village. The development is made up of nearly 900 homes, as well as a school, Waitrose, Metro Bank and a host of other local businesses.

Crest Nicholson first started building Oakgrove Village in 2012 and the first residents started moving into their new homes in 2013, with the last residents due to receive their keys this year. There are currently six houses and three apartments available to purchase at Oakgrove Village.

Commenting on the milestone, Marcus Evans, Sales & Marketing Director Crest Nicholson Regeneration said: “We see our role as a housebuilder as more than just building new homes, but rather, creating a community that people are proud to call home and this ambition has been achieved at Oakgrove Village. Our community team will continue to work at Oakgrove Village and host events for residents and their friends to attend, including an Easter egg hunt in the run-up to the Easter weekend.”

Crest Nicholson is continuing to invest in Milton Keynes and will now be focusing on its new Campbell Wharf project. The new development will see the construction of houses and apartments, as well as a new state of the art 111-berth marina that is already well-under way. Residents will also have a waterside pub, café and restaurant to enjoy in their down-time.

For those interested in the last homes at Oakgrove Village, one and two bedroom apartments and three to five-bedroom homes are available from £199,000. Campbell Wharf will also be available for purchase soon and those interested can register their interest now here: https://www.crestnicholson.com/developments/campbell-wharf/
