Kilnwood Vale Play Area

Local housebuilder Crest Nicholson has launched a brand-new play area at its Kilnwood Vale development in Faygate, West Sussex. Celebrating the occasion, students and teachers from Kilnwood Vale Primary School unveiled the new play area and were some of the first to test out the equipment for themselves.

Located at the heart of Kilnwood Vale, just minutes away from the Primary School, the play area includes swings, a slide and climbing frame. Perfect for children from ages three to eleven, the play area will be an important hub for families within the community, helping to promote active lifestyles.

Eileen Guihen, Sales and Marketing Director and Deputy Managing Director at Crest Nicholson South, said: “We were thrilled to welcome students from Kilnwood Vale Primary school to join the celebrations for the official opening of the much-anticipated play area at the development. The play area is part of our commitment to ensuring residents have access to high quality amenities on their doorstep, that facilitate connection and encourage the community to thrive. It was great to see how popular the play area was with the local students today, and we’re looking forward to seeing more students of Kilnwood Vale Primary School, parents and others from our community coming together to enjoy it.”

Laura Burke, Headteacher at Kilnwood Vale Primary School, added: “Thank you to Crest Nicholson for inviting us to help celebrate the launch of the new play area, I know the students and teachers involved, including myself, really enjoyed the experience. Since the school opened in 2019, our community has grown exponentially, so to have a play area so close by will be of great benefit to our students and their families.”
