Clive and Tracy Etheridge were living in Reigate when they decided to make the move to the nearby Horley. Clive, Tracy, and their two teenage daughters, were looking to find a much larger home they could grow into, and they finally found the perfect four-bedroom house at Crest Nicholson’s Westvale Park, Horley.

Clive explains: “We had been looking to move for some time and once we visited Westvale Park, we knew that we had found our new home. The quality Crest Nicholson offer was unmatched, and we were sold on the fact that it is a new build. We knew that new builds are built to a much higher specification, this meant our home was great value for our money. What’s more is that we moved straight in without having to go through the hassle of any renovations.”

Tracy adds: “We found a perfectly placed corner plot; it’s a very beautiful area and we’re on the edge of the development so it’s peaceful and quiet. We love the open plan living arrangement as it allows us to gather in the kitchen which is the heart of our home, but we have the added bonus of being able to all chat about our day when the rest of the family is relaxing in the living room. The Crest Nicholson team were a great help throughout the whole buying process and were extremely knowledgeable, answering any questions we had.”

Clive continues: “We know the region well and were keen to move to an area with a thriving community for our daughters to grow up in. All of the neighbours are extremely friendly, and it is lovely to have become a part of such a tight knit community.”

Nestled in the idyllic Surrey countryside, Westvale Park is a perfect place to call home, boasting plenty of green open spaces, while the nearby town centre offers residents a wide variety of amenities on their doorstep.

Horley is ideal for commuters as it benefits from excellent transport links. Trains connect residents to London Waterloo and London Bridge in 42-minutes, while frequent bus services connect residents to Horley town centre, the local train station and Gatwick airport.

Prices at Westvale Park for a four-bedroom house start at £579,950, while prices for a two-bedroom apartment start at £294,950. Help to Buy, Part Exchange or Assisted Move schemes are available. For more information please call 01293 977980 or visit www.crestnicholson.com/westvale-park/.
