Local housebuilder Crest Nicholson has secured planning approval for 133 high quality new homes, at phase one of its brand new Castlefield Park development in Harlington, Bedfordshire.
The 50-acre site will comprise of a range of much-needed, energy efficient new homes, ranging from two to five bedrooms. A third of the homes on the development will be affordable housing, and there will also be self-build plots available for those who wish to completely customise their build.
As well as delivering much-needed new homes for the local area, Castlefield Park is set to be a thriving new community and will provide access to a range of amenities on site, including a brand new, state of the art primary school, playing fields, five play areas, and a cycle way to connect the development. To help improve the biodiversity of the area and encourage wildlife, the develop will include an orchard, bat boxes and bird boxes throughout.
Building works are due to commence in the Summer with the first residents set to move in at the start of 2025.
