On Saturday 19th October, award-winning developer Crest Nicholson unveiled a new playground at Birchen Oak in Haywards Heath. The play park was officially opened by Councillor Alastair McPherson, Mayor of Haywards Heath, and it is now available to local families and residents to enjoy.

The play park is near the highly desirable town of Lindfield which boasts a number of local amenities including independent shops and eateries. The wider area is home to landmarks such as the High Weald area of natural beauty right on the development’s doorstep with nature walks, campsites and fun-filled activities available for all the family.

Commenting on the opening, Christine Tiernan, Marketing Director at Crest Nicholson South said: “Our aim as a housebuilder is more than just building homes, we look to build vibrant communities, and the new play park at Birchen Oak embodies this ethos. We cannot wait to see families enjoying the park.”

Birchen Oak is close to the quaint town of Haywards Heath which offers excellent rail links, providing easy access to London in 47 minutes, Brighton in 16 minutes and Gatwick Airport in just 11 minutes, making it a commuter friendly development.

Only two five bedroom homes remain at Birchen Oak, with prices starting at £899,950. The Crest Nicholson Part Exchange scheme is available on both homes to help purchasers make their move to Birchen Oak. The marketing suite is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 10am – 5pm and 10am - 7pm on Thursday and 10:30am – 5:30pm on Saturday and Sunday.
