Award-winning developer Crest Nicholson is hosting a series of Macmillan Coffee Mornings this Friday 27th September across its developments in Kent, including Kingsmead.

The open event will be held in the show home and marketing suite at the developments, offering visitors the chance to look around, socialise and enjoy coffee and cake. Taking place between 11am and 1pm, the coffee morning will help raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support, which provides support for those affected by cancer.

Annette Cole, Sales and Marketing Director at Crest Nicholson Eastern, commented: “We are looking forward to welcoming both residents and the local community to a morning of cake and coffee in support of Macmillan’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning initiative. Join us in our marketing suites across our range of developments in Kent to raise money for a great cause!”

Kingsmead

Kingsmead, in Faversham, features a traditional collection of two, three and four-bedroom houses, perfect for first-time buyers, downsizers and growing families. Set on the edge of the Kent Downs, Faversham is the oldest market town in Kent, and offers homebuyers a wide array of amenities. The high street, less than a mile away, provides residents with a range of independent and chain shops, including bars, pubs, and farm shops. Faversham train station is located just over one mile from the development, providing excellent travel links. Canterbury can be reached in just 11 minutes, while direct trains reach London Victoria in just over an hour. Homes at Kingsmead start at £305,000.
