Award-winning housebuilder, Crest Nicholson, will unveil its new development, Catteshall Court, in Surrey in April 2021. Located in the picturesque market town of Godalming, on the banks of the River Wey, Catteshall Court will comprise of one and two bedroom apartments, and two, three and four bedroom houses – perfect for first time buyers and families looking to upsize.

The first phase of this project will consist of 80 properties, with works underway and the first completions expected in July 2021.

Each home is designed to maximise natural light, creating bright and airy open plan living and dining areas. In addition, residents benefit from private garden space, while all apartments will include their own balcony.  Traditional exteriors have been carefully selected to complement the village surroundings.

At just a short, 15 minute walk from a bustling Godalming town centre and high street – offering residents a wide array of shops, restaurants and pubs – Catteshall Court is ideally located close to amenities including a Sainsbury’s superstore, Homebase and library. For families with children, there is also a variety of schools and nurseries nearby including Godalming College and Busbridge Infant School, both rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted.

Eileen Guihen, Sales and Marketing Director at Crest Nicholson South, comments: “We are so excited to launch this striking collection of homes at Catteshall Court. With both one and two bedroom apartments available, as well as two, three and four bedroom houses, there really will be something for everyone, at every stage of their lives. Boasting a fantastic central position to Godalming, and with so many amenities and such a beautiful countryside nearby to explore, we’re expecting lots of interest in the development so would encourage potential purchases to register their interest as soon as possible.”

Catteshall Court connects residents to Godalming’s best green spaces. Nestled within a wooded hillside, and with a small lake nearby, residents can enjoy the nearby Ramster Gardens, Winkworth Arboretum, Phillips Memorial Park and Broadwater Park.

With two train stations, Godalming and Farncombe, less than a mile away, the development is easily accessible to London Waterloo – just 50 minutes away by rail – while drivers will appreciate the close link to the Guildford and Godalming Bypass of the A3, offering good connections to the south. Several bus stops can also be found within walking distance of Catteshall Court, and footpaths connect the site to the town centre.

Once complete in 2023, Catteshall Court will include a mix of 43 apartments and 37 houses. Prices at Catteshall Court are expected to start at £260,000 for a one bedroom apartment and £510,000 for a three bedroom house. Select homes will be available to purchase through the government’s new Help to Buy: Equity Loan scheme, or Crest Nicholson’s Part Exchange and SmoothMove schemes.
