Adrian and Teodora Cengheri, both 34, recently moved into their first home at Crest Nicholson’s Hunts Grove Gate with their young daughter Alexia just three weeks after signing the contracts.
The couple had previously lived in a rented flat in nearby Gloucester but decided they wanted their own, larger space for their growing family to call their own. Having looked around a number of new builds in the area, Teodora said that their minds were made up as soon as they saw Hunts Grove Gate.
“We fell in love with Hunts Grove Gate straight away. We did look at other houses but we found ourselves comparing everything to this one. The layout of the house couldn’t be better and will make a great home for the three of us.”
One of the most important factors in the move was the location. Adrian works as a mechanic for Ford, and is able to keep his tools and equipment in the house’s adjoining garage. Teodora recently returned to work after maternity leave as a warehouse administrator five minutes away from their new home. “It makes life so much easier being so close to the house. If there’s ever an emergency or I need to be home quickly then I’m only a five minute drive away.”
Teodora and Adrian have been able to move quickly into their new home thanks to the kitchen and bathrooms being fully fitted. Teodora concluded: “We haven’t had to buy anything immediately for the house as everything was already here. It’s been amazing to move in so quickly and we’re very grateful to the sales office staff for all their help in getting us here in just three weeks”.
