A well-sized study completes the ground floor. Upstairs, two of the four bedrooms have their own en-suite, with the main bedroom’s including a shower and a bath.

Rebecca Harris, Senior Interior Design Sales Manager at Interiors by DAPA, comments: “We like to envisage people living in the home to give us some creative inspiration. For The Kingham, we had a young family in mind, who still enjoy a London lifestyle but are choosing to raise their family in a small village location. So, we combined vibrancy with some naturals, using lively, rich blue and orange fabrics with neutral ivories and soft greys. The geometric wallpapers and strong abstract artwork add to the blend of classic contemporary.

In The Adderbury, we used rich, warm tones of blues and reds alongside ebony woods, brass and marbles. The mix of striking fabric patterns, wallpapers and artwork result in a home to remember.”

David Hnyda, Sales and Marketing Director at Crest Nicholson Chiltern, commented: “We are delighted to officially unveil our show homes at Fuller’s Grove. Prospective buyers will be able to get a feel for what the properties offer, with the impressive open plan interiors making an ideal home for families.
