Crest Nicholson is delighted to announce that Paul Green, site manager at its popular Lancaster Grange development in Hertfordshire, has received a prestigious Pride in the Job Quality Award by the National House-Building Council (NHBC). Following months of rigorous judging, the award recognises his exceptional contribution in creating homes of outstanding quality. The award marks another success for Paul, following also being one of 23 people in the country to be Highly Commended at the NHBC Health & Safety Awards.
With 16,000 site managers around the country competing for this year’s awards, just 450 winners were selected. Paul will now be put forward into the next round, where he will be competing for the coveted Seal of Excellence, signifying the achievements of the top 100 site mangers in the UK.
