Award-winning developer Crest Nicholson has officially unveiled its first show homes at its Harborne Manor development, Stoke Mandeville. Comprising 125 properties in total, Harborne Manor offers residents a traditional collection of two, three, four and five bedroom homes, all carefully designed to stay in keeping with local surrounds.

The two stylish show homes, now open for prospective purchasers to view, include The Hartley, a charming three-bedroom semi-detached home offering plentiful space for families. The ground floor features an open plan kitchen and dining area, benefitting from a stylish Symphony kitchen and Bosch appliances. The home also boasts a separate living area, with French doors opening out onto the garden, ensuring there is more than enough room for entertaining friends during the warmer months.

Also now launched, The Calder show home at Harborne Manor is a four-bedroom semi-detached home boasting an attractive traditional exterior, The Calder includes two separate reception rooms plus a study and kitchen / breakfast area. On the first floor, two of the four bedrooms have their own en-suite, with the main bedroom also benefitting from a dressing area.

Rebecca Harris, Senior Interior Design Sales Manager at Interiors By Dapa, comments: “When designing show homes, we always get inspired by creating a back story for the people we envisage living in the home. As both The Calder and The Hartley make such stunning family homes, we envisioned a professional couple with young children in the property. With this in mind, we wanted the design to be practical for family living, yet stylish. In The Hartley we chose Prussian blue and blush tones throughout, with stunning abstract artwork. We curated a few stand out pieces, including a dual colour L-shape sofa, perfect for families to cosy up together and relax.

A mix of emerald greens with brass and rich oaks were used in The Calder very much on trend at the moment. Using a feature wallpaper in smaller rooms such as a bathroom or in this case, the cloakroom, also works really well.”

David Hnyda, Sales and Marketing Director at Crest Nicholson, commented: “Our brand-new show homes give potential purchasers a taste of the high specification and beautiful interiors they can expect to find at Harborne Manor, in the desirable village of Stoke Mandeville. The village offers its residents the perfect balance between town and country living, enjoying a range of amenities on the doorstep.

Due to its proximity to the Chiltern Hills, Stoke Mandeville is popular with lovers of the great outdoors, giving residents easy access to beautiful rural countryside and open green space. We have already seen a significant amount of interest in the homes at Harborne Manor, so we encourage potential purchasers to pop down to view our new show homes as soon as possible in order to avoid disappointment.”

Residents have a host of amenities on their doorstep, with an Asda supermarket, local library and the popular pub, The Bell, accessible in just five minutes by car. Stoke Mandeville Stadium, offering the highest grade of facilities in disability sport, as well as the Weston Turville Gold Club, are within a ten-minute drive of the development. For those wanting additional leisure opportunities, nearby Aylesbury can be reached in just 10 minutes by car, offering something for all age ranges. Families will also have plenty to enjoy, with the award-winning Roald Dahl Children’s Gallery always proving a great day out.

Harborne Manor provides quick access to the M25 and M40, and with Heathrow airport just a 45-minute car journey away, the development is well-placed for those looking to travel further afield. Residents travelling by train are equally well catered for, Stoke Mandeville station is just a four-minute drive away and offers direct links to London Marylebone in under an hour.
