Crest Nicholson’s Tailored gift is available only on selected plots for our new build homes and is subject to contract and eligibility criteria. You must enter into a reservation agreement to reserve a new build home from us and complete on that purchase. Your reservation must be made prior to 31.07.2026. At the time of reservation you will be given a choice of up to 5 different book sized boxes covered with a themed book cover. You will need to select one of the different themed book sized boxes offered to you. Each box will contain a Crest voucher which will entitle you to receive the mystery prize noted on the Crest voucher when you complete the purchase of your new home from us. The mystery prize to be won will be in keeping with the theme of the book cover. We reserve the right to substitute an equivalent prize of equivalent value in keeping with the same theme if we are unable to source your original prize for any reason. You are not able to change your mind and select a different prize, themed box or voucher after your initial selection. There is no cash alternative to the prize that you win. The Crest voucher has no cash value and is not transferable. The prize you win will be left inside your new home prior to you completing your purchase.
You must claim this offer at the time of reserving a property from us. We may in our absolute discretion, withdraw or alter the terms of this offer at any time before you have reserved your new build home from us and paid your reservation fee. If your reservation agreement expires, is cancelled or is terminated your themed mystery prize offer in relation to that reservation will automatically terminate. Our usual reservation and sales terms and conditions also apply.
