Crest Nicholson has announced the launch of a major new phase at its Centenary Quay riverside development in Woolston, Southampton. This exciting new chapter of the Centenary Quay story will introduce one, two and three bedroom apartments and luxury penthouses, as well as new shops, cafés and other facilities for the community to enjoy.

This next stage will see the development of the Meridian Circus and Fairfax Wharf complexes and will offer attractive new places to shop, relax, socialise and exercise, as well as new employment and business opportunities to benefit residents. The library and YMCA nursery will be operational from Autumn 2014 and the new Morrison’s will offer residents a local and essential supermarket.

Susan Young, Sales & Marketing Director for Crest Nicholson Regeneration, said: “This new phase is a major step towards our vision of Centenary Quay as a revived residential community for both young professionals and families. As well as the new homes, the supermarket, nursery and library will solidify Centenary Quay as an integral and vital part of Southampton.

“We anticipate that this exciting phase will bring an additional influx of interest to the area, as already seen in the first two successful stages of the development. I would urge anyone interested to come and visit our brand new show homes and meet the sales team to discuss how one of these beautiful homes could be yours.”

The striking new homes, starting from £150,000, will offer a variety of styles and sizes to suit every lifestyle, and many will provide far-reaching views over the river and Centenary Quay itself. All of the homes are designed with Crest Nicholson’s customary attention to detail and flair for appealing modern design. Homes feature Commodore kitchens and main bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. Two and three-bedroom apartments also benefit from an en suite bathroom to the main bedroom.

The new complexes will also feature courtyards, gardens and tree-shaded areas which will provide residents with a tranquil outdoor space to enjoy. Maintenance costs are low, thanks to the use of new technologies that provide energy efficiency, as well as reducing environmental impact.

Prices at Centenary Quay start from £150,000 for a one bedroom apartment or £185,000 for a two bedroom apartment.
