Crest Nicholson honours top employees at 2015 Customer Experience Awards

Crest Nicholson today celebrated its employees’ achievements at the company’s Customer Experience Awards 2015. The Awards reward quality customer care, recognising and celebrating the outstanding work of Sales Advisors, Site Managers and Customer Services teams across the Crest Nicholson regions. Seventeen employees won awards in recognition of their efforts in meeting the needs and expectations of purchasers nationwide over the past 12 months. 

The annual awards event forms part of the company’s on-going commitment to deliver high levels of customer service. The company works hard to ensure its staff receive comprehensive training and support so that they have the necessary skills to excel in the industry and it reports annually on social factors such as staff training and development in its Integrated Report. 

Crest Nicholson is also committed to supporting the new generation of property industry employees, investing in their future by providing apprenticeships and a graduate recruitment programme. The company, which expects to train a further 200 apprentices by 2020, also recently launched a Site Management Academy designed to bring up to 12 new Trainee Site Managers into the business each year.
