Award-winning housebuilder Crest Nicholson today announced that it has purchased a site for development on the Farthings Hill estate on Guildford Road, close to Horsham town centre.
Crest Nicholson has submitted a planning application to build 29 traditionally designed homes in Farthings Hill, comprising three, four and five-bedroom houses with gardens.
Ben Fjaerem, Development Director for Crest Nicholson South, said: “We are delighted to have acquired this much sought-after site in Horsham. With the purchase of the land having just taken place it is very early days, but we are looking forward to starting work on site and to providing more high quality homes to meet demand in the area.
“We plan to build a mix of house types to suit a range of buyers, from one and two-bedroom apartments and two and three-bedroom houses that are ideally suited to first time buyers and young families, to luxurious four and five-bedroom executive houses that will attract professionals and growing families.
“Crest Nicholson always works closely with local planning committees and residents to ensure we create homes to meet local demand. This is an exciting development for Horsham and we are looking forward to bringing much-needed homes to the area.”
