A community in the making
Located in the picturesque village of Faygate, this development of new homes provides a new community green, known as the Gateway Village Green.
The area also provides a host of other community facilities, including a primary school, neighbourhood park, play and sports areas, all of which are being delivered as part of the development.
In addition, footpaths, cycle paths and bridleways are already provided, offering strong links into Bewbush and across the A264 into Buchan Country Park.
Kilnwood Vale Primary School opened its doors in September 2019 and is within walking distance of our new homes at Kilnwood Vale.

Crest Nicholson will begin road improvement works on Calvert Link, off the Kilnwood Vale Roundabout on Crawley Road, on the 11th of March 2021.
