    Duties include;

    To assist and co-operate with the Land Department in the investigation and acquisition of development sites:

    Be responsible that detailed technical investigation, design, optimisation is secured and that proper liaison is maintained with statutory authorities, and that all necessary documentation and drawings are produced to enable contracts to be Procured, let and a site to be developed by the Building Department.

    To be responsible for the preparation of detailed constructional drawings, the negotiation and securing of technical and statutory approvals to achieve the optimum timing programmes, including:-

    The co-ordination of production of all necessary technical drawings/specialised designs.
    Making recommendations for cost effective optimising during the pre-planning process.
    The negotiation and completion of appropriate legal agreements with statutory Authorities necessary for the proper technical requirements of a site.
    Maintain Programme dates as set out within the design programme and L3 schedules.

    To be responsible for identifying and resolving technical design and constructional problems including:

    The Group Payroll Supervisor/Manager is accountable for ensuring the accurate processing of the Company’s Payroll and Expenses operation, currently through the Resourcelink system.

    Duties included:

    The end to end processing and management of the Company’s payroll and expenses process using the integrated HR and Payroll system, Resourcelink.
    Collate information for the above, process, produce reports and journals and coordinate an accurate and efficient filing system.
    The preparation of coding and processing journals.

    MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

    To be responsible for the safe distribution and loading of materials for sub-contractors in accordance with Company Policy by the use of a forklift truck and to ensure that the forklift truck has been effectively maintained on a regular basis. To ensure the site is kept in a safe and presentable condition and that the site compound is unlocked and locked as required.

    PRINCIPAL KEY RESULT AREAS

    The unlocking of the site compound and allowing access to secure plots if required by sub-contractors.

    To ensure that the forklift is effectively maintained by regular inspections, recorded on a weekly basis.

    To be responsible for the unloading of materials and to ensure their safe and proper storage.

    To be responsible for the distribution and loading of materials for sub-contractors using agreed destination routes.

    To be responsible for maintaining high levels of site presentation at all times.

    To be available for the cleaning of completed plots during forklift low demand periods.

    During high demand periods to ensure the distribution of materials is prioritised correctly.

    To ensure waste management considerations are evenly distributed into tipping skips to cover sub-contractor demands and to provide certain trades with tipping skips to allow waste segregation i.e. groundworker, bricklayer and roof tiler and that a designated waste management area is adequately secured using mesh fencing.

    To ensure that hardcore materials are stock-piled prior to bulk disposal.

    To comply with the Company’s Health & Safety Policy and ensure that all work on site is carried out in accordance with its recommendations. Individuals must act to minimise danger and report all potential dangers and accidents to their immediate supervisor or designated Health & Safety Officer.
