Applications Project Manager
Crest Nicholson are now recruiting for a BI & Applications Project Manager to join our IT department, based at our head office in Chertsey. You will be managing the full life cycle of Applications and Business Intelligence projects, from inception to fully service operational.
Crest Nicholson's South Division are looking for an Assistant Site Manager for our new site in Hersham, Surrey. This site is comprised of 2-4 bedroom apartments and hence a candidate with some experience of the full build cycle of multi-occupancy residential buildings would be advantageous.

Crest Nicholson are looking for a Assistant Surveyor to join the Regeneration team at our regional office, based in Chertsey, Surrey or alternatively at our Woolston Development in Southampton, 'Centenary Quay'.
As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor with Crest, you will be working to ensure timely & accurate cost management, dealing with contractual issues & procurement & payment of sub-contractors for complex large volume development projects from pre-operational stage through to final account settlement.
The identification & procurement of suitable sub-contractors. The negotiation & letting of subcontracts within required timescales. Providing the cost-data feedback to Divisional Estimating Department. Administration & management of the financial aspects of the development. Reviewing and forecasting the latest cost estimates and reporting The relationships with external employers such as Housing Associations undertaking valuations, cash flow forecasts, obtaining warranties, etc. Assist at all times in maintaining a safe working environment within Company workplaces and applying the Company’s Health & Safety Policy for their own, their colleagues, third parties and the public’s benefit. Individuals must act to minimise danger and report all potential dangers and accidents to their immediate superior or designated Health & Safety Officer.
Essential skills and experience we're looking for:
Strong experience within a Surveying role, through a main contractor or housebuilder. Demonstrates strong attention to detail and produces accurate work. Knowledge of the Residential Development market Commercially aware with analytical & proactive approach towards problem solving. Team management skills Solid IT skills; Microsoft Excel and Word CSCS
Studying towards RICS / CIOB qualification
