Crest Nicholson's Site Management Academy aims to give trainees an understanding of build quality and high building standards. The training is structured to include on-the-job and classroom learning, mentoring and an array of workshops that are designed to provide aspiring Site Managers with professional, academic and industry skills development.

As a Crest Nicholson Site Manager, you will be responsible for the production of new homes to exacting standards as well as engaging with customers with professionalism.

This award winning training programme is designed to bring up 12 new Trainee Site Managers into our business each year and create future Site Managers, Build Managers and Production Directors.

Participants will receive training and development (including qualifications*) as a ‘Trainee Site Manager’ before potentially progressing on to become an Assistant Site Manager and then Site Manager.

Ultimately, as a Crest Nicholson Site Manager, you will manage the production of homes to pre-determined programmes and budgets in accordance with company safety, quality, sustainability and presentational standards. Customer interaction will be a key part of your role and you will be responsible for ensuring that you establish and maintain an impeccable relationship with customers.

*Skills assessment will be completed at interview stage to ascertain if formal qualifications are required.

To be considered for our award winning Site Management Academy you will need:

  • Experience in working on a construction site or previous supervisory experience in a customer-focused industry or Armed Forces background
  • Desire and ability to make things happen with a proactive work approach
  • Strong relationship building skills with project teams, sub-contractors and colleagues
  • Logical approach to decision making and problem solving

If you’re currently working on a Crest Nicholson site as a Site Operative, Trainee, Tradesman or a former Level 3 Apprentice then you need to tell us that you wish to be considered.
