This highly regarded programme is focused on creating an environment for our graduates so they can really make a difference to our business. From the very outset your contribution to your team and department will add value to the company’s objectives.
You’ll undertake a 9 to 12 month rotation through every discipline of our business, from Land Acquisition, Planning, Design and Development through to Production and Sales and Marketing. The result of the rotation will mean you’ll have an understanding of all areas of our business and how they are interconnected. With your new found knowledge you’ll be tasked to analyse your experience and recommend areas of improvement.
Our senior team, from Managing Directors to members of the Executive Management team, are dedicated to the progression of all our Graduates and you’ll have a dedicated mentor to assist you through the programme as well as regular dialogue with a Board level Executive who will impart their knowledge and expertise to help you go further.
