Vista is superbly placed for enjoying all that this great town has to offer. Standing at the mouth of the River Orwell, Ipswich is a thriving County Town and the regional centre for business, shopping, sport and entertainment. Currently enjoying an exciting cultural revival, Ipswich is home to several theatres and cinemas. In the town centre an abundance of delightful cafés, bars and restaurants feature cuisines from around the world ensuring that all tastes are catered for, no matter how exotic! An exciting number of fashionable new bars and restaurants can also be found along the marina at Ipswich's historic waterfront – a wonderful place to take a stroll or enjoy a leisurely drink or meal whilst soaking up the unique atmosphere.

Shopping is a real treat in Ipswich with a choice of two excellent shopping malls – 'Tower Ramparts' and 'The Buttermarket' together with a pedestrianised high street. These offer all the large well known retailers and major high street stores such as Marks & Spencer, Next and Boots, as well as a number of individual specialist stores and boutiques.
