Barry McGrath, Site Manager at Crest Nicholson’s sought after St John’s Park development in Marlborough, has won a Seal of Excellence award at the NHBC’s annual ‘Pride in the Job’ Awards for the third year in a row.

Earlier in the year, Barry also won his fourth consecutive Pride in the Job Quality Award.

Barry, who has worked for Crest Nicholson for seven years, has been recognised for managing his site to an extremely high standard and for his role in building the quality new homes at St John’s Park. Regarded as one of the highest accolades in the construction business, the awards are presented to the top 130 site managers in the country, out of a total of 13,000 site managers nationwide. Winner are split by region and selected from the 400 Quality Award winners.
