Next Thursday (2 September) Crest Nicholson will be holding a preview event for its anticipated Penarth Heights development at the Oriel Washington Gallery in Penarth.
The event will take place between 4pm and 7pm and will illustrate the journey that the area is undergoing from the initial construction of the Billybanks estate right through to the completion of Penarth heights.
