The Architect's Vision
To create a sense of place here at Penarth Heights we followed the site's
contours to create distinctive streets with great views and a varied skyline.
The unique landscape design therefore underscores the whole scheme,
calming traffic and providing an intuitive link to the site's lush green
surroundings. The diversity of the local streets provided an agreeable
precedent for materials, house types and patterns. Penarth Heights won’t just
be an exemplary sustainable development - it will be a brand new quarter,
enriching the whole town.
