Crest Nicholson helps All Saints Primary build new playground

Award-winning developer Crest Nicholson is delighted to announce its support to help Wokingham’s All Saints Primary School and Nursery resurface their playground. The donation to help repair the children’s play area is part of the company’s commitment to a thriving local community.

The resurfacing comes after the playground was repeatedly being flooded during the winter months which meant that it was being swept on a regular basis, and caused the surface to become damaged.

The donation by the team at Crest Nicholson’s local Mulberry Grove development means that the children at All Saints Primary School and Nursery will now have somewhere to play during their breaks.

Tracey Stanton, Headteacher at All Saints Primary School and Nursery said “We are very grateful to Crest Nicholson for their generous contribution.  Our new playground is a giant step closer.”

Christine Tiernan, Sales & Marketing Director at Crest Nicholson South, said: “We’re very proud to be sponsoring the playground at Wokingham’s All Saints Primary School and Nursery. It’s never been more important to encourage young children to get outside and play together in the communities that we build in Wokingham.

We look forward to supporting the school and continuing to have a positive impact on the local community in the surrounding areas.”

Mulberry Grove is a collection of stunning two, three, four and five bedroom houses in Wokingham, Berkshire. The detail and finishes give these beautifully located homes an added touch of luxury. Kitchens are fully fitted with soft close doors and drawers, with the dishwasher, fridge and oven all integrated. The kitchen, bathroom, en-suite and cloakroom all feature Spacia flooring by Amtico.

With eight public parks, a well-renowned café culture and a constant stream of music, art and leisure events taking place, residents of Wokingham are never short of activities to occupy them. Naturally, its location in rural Berkshire provides a stunning backdrop to community life here, too.

Some homes at Mulberry Grove are available on Help to Buy, a government backed scheme that enable homes buyers to purchase a new build home worth up to £600,000 with just a 5 per cent deposit. Under the scheme, homebuyers are eligible for an HCA government loan for 20 per cent of the property value, whilst the remaining 75 per cent can be covered with a mortgage. Using Help to Buy, homebuyers can take that first step on the property ladder to secure their dream home.
