Double Sales Success For Crest Nicholson in Dartford

Whilst the forecast for the UK property market is that it is likely to remain static for some time and positive predictions for 2012 are tentative*, Crest Nicholson is proud to report that Dartford is bucking the trend. The award-winning local developer has two developments in the region; Hardy’s Gate on Heath Road in Dartford and Ingress Park in nearby Greenehithe, both of which have reported high performance in sales since their launches.

Since its launch in April 2011, Papermill Walk, the latest phase of homes to be released for sale at Ingress Park, has sold almost 50% of the properties on offer. The phase comprises homes to suit all types of buyer, such as one and two-bedroom apartments and coach houses, two and three-bedroom cottages and three and four-bedroom houses in a range of styles. This phase will be the last small neighbourhood offering houses at Ingress Park and its design has been carefully created to offer a community way of life, including some desirable detached homes which are highly sought after in the area. Although all houses have their own gardens, many of the apartments and coach houses benefit from a balcony or terrace so that residents can enjoy their own area of outside space with views over the grounds of Ingress Park.

Hardy’s Gate, Crest Nicholson’s development in Heath Road, Dartford, launched in May 2010 and now has sold two-thirds of the homes available. The idyllic development comprises two-bedroom coach houses, two and three-bedroom cottages and four-bedroom detached homes. Traditionally styled and built around a central village green, the homes attract a wide range of homebuyers, from young professionals looking to take advantage of the excellent transport links and low maintenance homes, to families looking to move closer to the great schools located nearby and countryside on the doorstep.

Annette Cole, Sales and Marketing Director at Crest Nicholson Eastern, comments: “We are so pleased to see that both our developments in the Dartford area are proving so popular with local residents. With Ingress Park’s fantastic location next to the river Thames and Hardy’s Gate being in the catchment area for some of the county’s best schools, we are proud to be able to offer buyers in Kent two such stand-out developments.”

“We are very aware that buying a new home is a big step and we are glad that the quality and style of Crest Nicholson homes, as well as the fantastic support given by our award-winning Sales Advisors, means that we are continuing to sell well in the current economic climate.”
