We promise our customers that we will:

  • Be responsive, polite, clear and professional at all times.
  • Deal diligently with all enquiries and provide regular progress reports.
  • Provide comprehensive information on your new home.
  • Enable you, wherever possible, to personalise your new home from the range of options available at your development (subject to stage of construction).
  • Allocate a dedicated Customer Service Team to assist you in every aspect of buying and living in your new home.
  • Arrange for you to view your new home at key stages in the construction process.
  • Carry out a detailed final demonstration of your home before you move in to ensure our stringent quality standards have been met.
  • Give you a demonstration of all domestic systems and appliances, fixtures and fittings to ensure that you are totally familiar with the running of your new home.
  • Provide you with a professional and comprehensive after-sales service from our Customer Service Department, including 24 hour emergency cover for the first two years of occupation.
