Fully fitted Manhattan kitchens in a choice of contemporary colours and styles. A comprehensive range of Bosch appliances in brushed stainless steel including electric single oven (double oven in larger homes) and gas or ceramic hob, stainless steel recirculating hood extractor with stainless steel backplate. There is also an integrated fridge/freezer and integrated dishwasher (houses only). Stainless steel one and half bowl sink with Hansgrohe mixer tap. Postformed worktops and upstands. Facilities to sort recyclable waste.
Bathrooms and en suites
Fully fitted with white contemporary sanitaryware by Roca and includes a bath by Kaldewei, complemented by Hansgrohe chrome taps and fittings. Separate thermostatic shower with glass shower screen to each en suite. High level shower fitted over bath with glass screen to all apartments without en suite or separate shower to bathroom. Choice of a selected range of ceramic wall tiles, half height tiling on sanitaryware walls and full height to bath where a high level shower is fitted.
Decoration, joinery and doors
Smooth finished ceilings emulsioned in white to complement the soft white emulsioned finish of the internal walls. Internal doors in a contemporary oak effect finish, fitted with stylish chrome door furniture. Wardrobes to bedroom one in houses only.
Electrical
TV/FM/Sky+ and telephone points located in living room and all bedrooms. In addition, the living room is wired for the installation of a home cinema surround sound system. Each house is also wired for multi-room audio to the kitchen, living room, bedroom one and en suite. Working from home couldn't be easier as a wiring network is provided which links telephone, PC and TV services. Central heating
Gas central heating from condensing boiler in all houses. Apartments are heated by biomass with gas backup. Chrome towel rails to bathrooms and en suites.
Communal areas
Interior designed and decorated communal hallways with contemporary fittings. Security and peace of mind Mains operated smoke detectors are fitted for peace of mind to all homes. An entryphone system is also fitted to each apartment. In the houses there is wiring for alarms in the ground floor reception areas and first floor landing.
