Location

Bolnore Village is within easy reach of Haywards Heath. The town has long been a favourite with rail commuters but is also a thriving centre in its own right and offers excellent shopping, dining out and many other attractions. The main shopping centre is The Orchards, and there are plenty of other retail choices throughout sthe town, including The Broadway and Commercial Square, as well as a large Sainsbury’s.

Haywards Heath’s can be glimpsed in the Conservation Area around Muster Green, where there are many Listed buildings including a 16th century pub, The Dolphin. The fine old church of St Wilfrid’s is another landmark.

Modern facilities include The Olympos Leisure Centre, a good choice of restaurants, bars and clubs, a Cineworld cinema and Victoria Park, which has a children’s play area and paddling pool, as well as an Xtreme Action area for BMX-ing, blading and boarding. For quieter moments, outside town you can enjoy the scenic countryside of the High Weald, Ashdown Forest and the South Downs, or visit picturesque villages such as Balcombe and Lindfield.

The development is well situated for families with children of school age. It is within the catchment area of some excellent local schools including St Wilfrid’s Primary School and Harlands Primary School. Warden Park Secondary School and Haywards Heath College are also close by. In addition, Bolnore Village Primary School is now open, and is the first self-governing parent-promoted primary school in the country.
