The kitchens are compact and superbly designed with simple lines and integrated appliances recessed into alcoves. This creates an efficient working space that compliments the open-plan nature of the main living area, without overpowering it with traditional wall-hung cupboards.

Bathrooms have a sophisticated colour palette designed to provide continuity with the other key areas of the specification. Plain white sanitary ware by Villeroy and Boch and contemporary accessories by Hansgrohe combine modern design and functionality, for a clean and spacious look.
