Crest Nicholson’s BASE development in Brentwood has been shortlisted for a top award at the home building sector’s first ever awards for Health & Safety on building sites. Run by the National House-Building Council, the NHBC Health & Safety Awards offer builders the opportunity to share best practice, showcase excellence and celebrate the good work of their Health & Safety teams. John Spooner, Site Manager at BASE has been commended by the Council for his role in the site’s performance.
The awards consist of three categories, Best Site Awards, Company Recognition Awards and Special Awards. BASE has been shortlisted in the Best Site category and will now go on to be judged by an independent panel which will select the highly commended and winning entries.
