Following local consultation, Crest Nicholson has altered plans for the third stage of development at its Aldermere scheme on Brookfield Lane West in Cheshunt. Initial plans have been amended and the development will now provide 20 two, three and four-bedroom houses which will provide the area with much-needed family housing.
Broxbourne Council’s planning committee voted unanimously in favour of the new plans for the development. The current phase of coach houses, semi-detached and detached houses at Aldermere is nearly complete and work on the next phase of houses has now commenced.
