For Crest Nicholson Sustainable Development is about improving the quality of life for individuals and communities, both now and in the future, by providing better homes, work places, retail and leisure spaces within which they aspire to live, work and play.

Our commitment to sustainability must be integrated into every aspect of the business and into our culture. We work with a variety of leading partners to turn sustainability vision via innovative exemplar developments, into practices which will eventually characterise our entire output, helping to drive financial success.

In 2007 the Sustainability Business Improvement Workgroup led the development of a far-reaching business-integrated sustainability strategy, and an appropriate suite of policies covering sustainable procurement, climate change and timber sourcing, and in 2008 we updated our Sustainability Policy.
