Continue to support our staff by making regular mandatory reviews of personal development plans

Review our general and site induction including an update on health and safety and sustainability content

Where possible offer graduate and apprentice opportunities within the business Each Division to employ five apprentices and one graduate annually

Continue to mandate employment of apprentices and graduates, increasing numbers as the business environment permits

Ensure that by the start of 2011 all direct site staff have completed an NVQ relevant to their trade
