The need to respond to the challenging market and our focus on giving our customers the best possible service required us to rethink training for our Sales teams. We also wanted to provide our people with the skills necessary to successfully fulfil their changing role.

Sales training in direct response to market conditions

Our Sales Advisors are integral to the success of the business and so we are committed to investing heavily in their training and career development.

As the market showed little sign of significant recovery in 2009, we focused on equipping Sales Advisors with the skills necessary to help differentiate the Crest Nicholson brand in today’s competitive marketplace. An innovative bespoke training programme was designed with the aim of giving Sales Advisors a practical and informed "edge" over the competition.

Sales Advisor and Site Manager of the Year Awards

Each year Crest Nicholson names its most successful Sales Advisors and Site Managers across its whole business at a prestigious annual awards ceremony. The awards provide an opportunity for excellence in the workplace to be celebrated and rewarded, and 2009 was no exception. In each of the two highly-regarded categories, Sales Advisor of the Year and Site Manager of the Year, Chief Executive Stephen Stone awarded the winners with a Gold, Silver or Bronze rating.
