Sales and Site Managers of the Year Awards
In a year of huge challenge, it was particularly important to recognise our most successful sales advisors and site managers. The awards provide an opportunity for excellence in the workplace to be recognised and celebrated. For both Sales Advisor of the Year and Site Manager of the Year, we award three winners a gold, silver or bronze rating, and name three further finalists, who are highly commended.
In 2008, our employees continued to outstrip expectations to deliver outstanding sites for visitors and purchasers, winners came from right across the business, underlining the Group’s strength in every operating region.
At a gala awards ceremony, Louise Wright took the Gold as Sales Advisor of the Year for her excellent leadership and exceptional sales skills at Poole Quarter in Dorset, and The Quadrant, Southampton.
Our Site Manager of the Year was won by Barry Corrick for his diligence and unquestionable commitment at Folders Keep, Burgess Hill.
