    Crest Nicholson Regeneration are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team based in Southampton, as part of our stunning Centenary Quay development. The role will be 4 days per week on a part-time basis. You will be representing our brand by delivering outstanding customer service, developing strong relationships with new and existing homeowners and ensuring our customers' experience is positive and of significant value.

    About the role

    Apply effective selling skills in order to exceed required profitable sales for the Division whilst maintaining the presentation of the sales areas to the highest standard.
    Effectively manage customers and deliver excellent customer service and have the ability to generate potential sales leads in addition to those created by marketing activity.
    Welcome customers into the sales office
    Booking appointments and liaising with the Sales Advisor team diaries
    Manage the end to end sales process and negotiation of purchase details
    Show potential customers around our showroom
    Managing and resolving customer complaints
    Generating leads, drive potential sales forward
    Update customer records on the company database
    Maintain excellent relationships with customers pre, during and post-purchase

    About you

    We are looking for applicants with the following skills and requirements:

    Has worked in a similar role, preferably with a housing developer/residential home developer or Estate agency
    Have a broad product knowledge of the housing market
    Excellent communication skills
    Strong negotiation skills
    Educated to GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
    IT literate - use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
    Must be friendly and have an outgoing personality and be a self-starter.
    Able to work unsupervised and to follow procedures
    Strong attention to detail.
    Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays is required.
